Wind turbine supply contract signed: 130.5 MW of clean energy coming soon

Milan - Draghiescu Partners S.r.l., a company wholly owned by Alerion Servizi Tecnici e Sviluppo S.r.l. and holder of three wind projects in Romania with a total capacity of 130.5 MW, has signed a supply contract for the purchase of 29 turbines at 4.5 MW each.

The Agreement Details

Through our subsidiary Draghiescu Partners S.r.l., we have signed a contract for the supply of 29 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 4.5 MW. This agreement marks a milestone for the project, ensuring the cutting-edge technology needed to transform the three Romanian sites into modern green energy power plants.

Our Commitment to Efficiency and Reliability

Beyond the turbine supply, we have acted with foresight by also signing a medium-term operation & maintenance (O&M) contract—designed to guarantee maximum efficiency and reliability once the plants become operational. This will optimize energy production and ensure the longevity of our investment.

The Roadmap: Next Steps

With the signing of the supply contract, the project enters its most operational phase. We expect to soon begin work on civil and electrical infrastructure. Our goal is to complete the entire process and commission the three wind farms by the first half of 2027.

This investment not only strengthens our position as one of Europe’s leading independent renewable energy operators but also allows us to contribute more significantly to Romania’s and the broader European Union’s energy transition goals.
